El abordaje se basa en ARN de doble cadena (dsRNAi) transcrito 'in vitro', denominado PIAS2b-dsRNAi, que actúa como una molécula mensajera inversa, silenciando la expresión de la enzima PIAS2b dentro de las células anaplásicas. 👇
