Depending on how we have built our new network in your area, we’ll connect to your home either: 🛜 Overhead using a nearby telegraph 🛜 Underground by digging a narrow channel up to your access wall 🛜 Or using existing infrastructure We'll agree on the best route with you.

Just like your existing broadband connection, to install the fibre we will need to drill a small hole to feed the cable from your external wall to your internal wall. This will be cleaned up and sealed once this is complete. Get more installation information here 👇
