(2/4) Councils need to make it as easy as possible for people to get help. People often end up speaking to different professionals/ teams about different elements, but the real issues get lost in translation.

(3/4) So one thing we're working with public services on is creating a single triage approach, and creating teams which have great first conversations with people so they can get the right support early. Not what's the matter with you, but "what matters to you"

(4/4) And the support doesn't have to be delivered by public sector orgs - VCS often better trusted
