Ngl I’m bored af trying to read Legendborne for the 3rd time. But at 50% this book is pulling 0 punches on the micro aggressions in academia and just non-black spaces so it’s enough to keep me reading 🤗

I havent been 16 in a minute so maybe I’m slowly descending into madness in my late twenties…but something about someone being unnecessarily mean to me is just not attractive. Are we not out of our Hush Hush era?!?

i love how rated "R" on Viki just means the leads kiss for more than 3 seconds and there's a bed in the corner 😊

this book was perfectly good trashy fun until the only black character in a cast of like 20 became the villain 🙄
