Glad to share our new print about the interaction of LFY and WAPO1 natural alleles in wheat: rdcu.be/dX2qD We found that natural alleles in wheat LFY-B genes (promoter indel, P34L, R80S) affect spikelet number per spike (SNS) and significantly interact with WAPO1 C47F.
