Very proud of Team Aptamer Nanopores for this book chapter where we cover the theory, fabrication methods, and recent exciting innovations in solid-state nanopores for applications beyond DNA sequencing towards protein sequencing and biomolecular analysis! link.springer.com/chapter/10.100…
1st cover from CHEMINA! 🤩 So proud of Annina who led this work and learned illustrator to step up to this challenge. As a lover of art, this image really makes me happy! Thank you to the community, Minteer Lab, and ACS for Authors for supporting Aptamer Nanopipettes! 🧬🍷
"I realize that I’m a bit of an outlier at the Neuro X Institute. But I’m sure that my biosensors can be of great use to labs here and EPFL in general. I’m always looking for collaborations," says EPFL School of Engineering Prof Nako Nakatsuka (aka Nako Nakatsuka) actu.epfl.ch/news/once-you-…
Starting the second day of #IWOSMOR2024 by the plenary lecture on aptamer based biosensors for small molecule detection by of Nako Nakatsuka Nako Nakatsuka IDM Universitat Politècnica de València
A big congratulations to Emily Schafer, PhD for the Neuro-X Institute Postdoc Fellowship! We are excited to support you in your research and career alongside Stephanie P. Lacour’s LSBI lab! 🧠
We’re excited to kick off APTAWINS – a multidisciplinary project supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation and the ANR! We consolidated a transdisciplinary team uniting EPFL with Bordeaux INP and CNRS 🌍. We just welcomed the whole team for the first strategy meeting at Campus Biotech!🧠🧬
