Restaurants and stores literally will close one hour early on Christmas Eve and really think that does anything for the employees. Considering that you still have to serve food to customers even after closing, you might as well have just stayed open regular business hours 😂

Potential employers I interview with are so numbers driven like ask me how I do as a server, I don’t know or care about the monthly and annual sales. All I know is the restaurant is overrated and no matter how financially successful it is it’s never enough 😂
