Agree with Abhijit Majumder .Also depends how good the postdoc and mentor is? Most of the PDoc think indian PDocs as stop gaps before they get something abroad (even if it's bogus). My two pdocs were co-corresponding in big papers where they deserve. Subhash Mehto /nishant
