After much planning and preparation (and head scratching for technical reasons), I am delighted to say we have *finally* got the outside of Holborn station resurfaced. This was a Central District Alliance funded scheme in partnership with Camden Council. Thank you to them and to FM Conway TfL!

Encourage e-cargo bikes 3⃣ Centralised locations to deposit waste

Councils could make better use powers available under Section 47 of Environmental Protection Act 1990 5⃣Make offenders Pay, review maximum penalty & fine levels 6⃣Reduce burden of proof making it easier to take action
