I can not say this enough: practice active situational awareness. The Boulder attack is just a reminder that the bad guy gets to choose the time and place and we unfortunately are in a reactive position.

From my research, Pearl Street Mall in Boulder is considered a "sensitive" place and carrying of firearms is most likely banned. While most states have gone to "permitless carry" Colorado has gone more strict and it has done NOTHING to stop crime.

Quick correction: I previously said CCW was likely banned on Pearl Street in Boulder. Turns out, I was wrong. Boulder County Ordinance 2022-4 doesn’t apply inside city limits. Pearl Street is City of Boulder, and unless there’s a posted sign, CCW is not banned.

The City & County Of Denver expected deficit = $250M into 2026. State of CO expected deficit = $1B plus into 2026. Is anyone surprised? Look at the loser leadership in CO. They're the same ones who stripped us of our gun rights to make us "safer".

I had a conversation with a gun owner who needs to renew his permit. He said "it's time to move out of this state" but had no idea about the new law and new training requirements going into effect. This is the problem with gun owners in Colorado. Constant bitching, no action.
