The original reason women wanted the vote in the United States was because the men refused to raise the age of consent for marriage above 10 and in Delaware above the age of 7. This history isn't taught in schools. They just act like women wanted the vote for no reason LOL

I really don’t care who you are, if you hug my husband with your hands in his hair, I’m going to ask you some HARD questions. And I don’t even care if “that’s how you hug.” A thoughtful person modifies her actions given the circumstances. It’s NOT that hard, folks.

This is the rotten fruit of patriarchy. A pastor who believes he is superior to women, and his wife, who agrees with him. Ladies, you are so much MORE than what this cult proclaims! You are a beloved daughter of the Most High! You are royalty, the daughter of the King!

Many years ago our long time pastor at first Baptist in Houston asked my husband to become a deacon at our church. Keith declined, replying that, sorrowfully, he was not the kind of man a deacon should be. I’ve thought about it a thousand times through the years. Thought about

Some of y’all don’t understand that there have been multiple waves of feminism and it shows. Please study history. Just as conservative political ideology has had many different presentations & as many sociological results—SO HAS FEMINISM. It’s hasn’t always looked like this.

By & large, I believe men and women need each other. I believe we are better with one another than against. But if a man/woman has decided he/she doesn’t need the other, who am I to create an uproar over that very individual choice? Folks can decide for themselves what’s best.

A single man (maybe he even calls himself a dating coach) who makes a woman’s submission his *entire* personality on the Internet before God and everyone is not the man to be listening to. What it is is pathology wrapped up in a pseudo-professional cloak.

So, if you suspect someone of being a bot, ask them how many times the letter "s" appears in "sjjseajess" or something like that. Bots cannot tell. LLMs are glorified autocompletes that just generate the next statistically likely word, but don't actually understand language.

After getting home from therapy last night, I sat on the sofa next to Lance Orton, who was himself exhausted from a long day at work & the gym. I asked if he had the bandwidth to listen to me. He said, w/o ANY hesitation, “I have as much bandwidth as you need.” That is love.

The start of Advent is 6 days away (November 30th) The good news of Advent is not that we are faithful in our waiting (we often aren't) but that God is faithful in his coming.

Men…is it true that “no man really wants to be a provider?” Obviously no one wants to be taken advantage of—that’s a different thing altogether. But no man wants to provide for a wife and children? True or false?

I am a law abiding citizen. I think rules and order are 100% necessary for a successful life. I live structure and definition. However, I will never, under any circumstances, obey an order if anyone screams at me “get the f*** out of the car!” Not doing it. I will defy.
