Following our final Branch meeting, members gathered together to mark the retirement of Liam Harkin. Ann McElhinney wonderfully regaled the group with an epic poem of Liam’s impressive and varied career while Liam told us of his exciting plans for the summer and beyond!

School can be hard work sometimes...but not for our 1st Yrs on Wed 31st May. A big number descended on Brunswick Moviebowl for Fast X treats, bowling & dinner. A great day out was had by all. Thanks to Ms McCole for organising the trip, and to all the staff who chaperoned.

Congratulations to our 6th yr students who took part in this year’s successful Peer Tutoring Programme.The tutors were Eimear O'Doherty, Alisha O'Connor, Hannah Lynch, Antony Shaji, Jamie Stewart, Aoibheann Toland, Aishling Doherty & Eva Livadaris.

Over April and May CCS promoted an awareness of Autism culminating in a presentation given by local writer and past pupil Darragh D. Doherty to class 3E. Staff also wore either blue or yellow on Friday 28th of April as part of Autism Awareness and Acceptance month.
