I'm delighted to have started as Director of OEB-ResPrg. Our 16 professors represent a 50-50 gender ratio✨and research spans from molecular evolution to macroecology. I could not imagine a friendlier academic community, and I'm proud to do my part to help us thrive.

Boosting this because it's both important and universities are disincentivised to deal with or care about class privilege, so it's now the responsibility of individual scientists to care.
