The tip of the proverbial ICEBERG! As we have been saying for 6 years now, the costs associated to repairs, maintenance and changes to Tall Buildings will be eye-watering...If people start to default, we will be left with a huge number of SLUMS IN THE SKY!

The pandemic has been a disaster for London-it no longer feels like the same city.The new Govt planning laws will be another nail in the coffin. Saddest of all, more & more terrible buildings are going up everywhere, never to be demolished. Has time come to leave sinking ship?
