Got some run up practice at @LehighTFXC. First meet this Saturday. Very excited for the meet and my upcoming track season as a Freshmen

Tied my HJ PR at Ursinus College this Saturday. Got 6th in the meet and hope to do better this Saturday. Going for 5’10 next meet.

I need to remember to do these. Bad meet on the 10th. 5’4 for high jump and 18’7 for LJ. Missed finals for LJ and hope to do well next meet in Long Juno and Triple Jump.

Went to ocean breeze this Saturday. Had an awful long jump of 16’4, but I broke my pr and my school indoor record with a triple jump of 40’ on the dot, and got the best freshmen triple mark in PA. I am very happy with how the meet went

Friday had an amazing meet at Ursinus College and had some good marks. Tied PR for high jump at 5’8 for 4th and broke the school record twice and got 40’5 then 40’9 for 5th place. I feel if I keep grinding triple I could make it to states. Below are the 5’8 and 40’9 jumps.
