Well, a bracing Boxing Day walk atop a foggy RSPB Bempton Cliffs offered slim pickings for the eyes, but as always, a veritable feast for the soul. RSPB

‘Healing’, one of the more recent poems from my forthcoming book, which I’m releasing early in the new year. This came at the end of a very difficult few weeks for me, suffering with poor mental health and complete burnout. It marks the first rays of hope I started to feel.

Having the most painful customer service experience with Sky Help Team - virtual assistant has disconnected at the last moment on two occasions now. Poor experience, especially given they want me to renew my package. Does anyone have better experience with BT?
