$TGT is my base case for $KSS. Had similar Q1 declines. If Kohl's only declines 2% that is a major earnings beat and shows turning around. $TJX had a 4% sales increase so I'd plan to see $KSS be in this range. Personally hoping we see a much greater beat but not why I'm invested
