It's astonishing that Air Canada would rather cut hundreds of flights than pay their workers for time when they are working.

It's really funny seeing libertarians in my replies who seemingly think flight attendants are overpaid.

Tonight, the heads of Canada’s unions met in an emergency session to stand united behind Air Canada Flight Attendants in defying the government’s unconstitutional attack on workers’ rights.

We are reaching absurd levels of complete and total derangement with regards to people's opinion of the NDP. They've been so incredibly loud. The NDP has been pushing on this for years.

If people keep making a big deal about water usage in data centres, would a good regulation be to mandate they use closed loop cooling like most consumer PCs? I'm aware it's less efficient and more expensive.

This would be bad; but I would actually love to see the NDP and DSA foster a closer working relationship. There is a lot that the NDP can learn from the DSA, but I also think a lot the DSA can learn from the NDP, and a joint North American socialist strategy would be good

Ireland is literally a province of the UK, we speak the same language, have the same culture, share the same economy, and 90% of Irish live on the same island chain. You don't even need a passport to go to Ireland from Northern Ireland. It is literally the same country as UK.

I get that there's a lot of people that (rightfully) want this to succeed, but this launch has been a completely unserious clownshow.
