Started off our week of Act of Worships about Holocaust Memorial. Sharing the stories of ordinary people, and their extraordinary stories. BWARS

Today is #HolocaustMemorialDay - the international day to remember the 6 million Jews murdered during the Holocaust, alongside millions of other people murdered under Nazi persecution of other groups, and in more recent genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur. #HMD2023

Just in awe of our year 8s who are hearing the testimony of Hedi Argent with such respect and curiosity. Mrs Dron and Miss Kay feel incredibly lucky to have watched this unique experience with them. Huge thanks to Hedi and the National Holocaust Centre. #HolocaustMemorialDay

Miss Kay has been leading our Acts of Worship this week celebrating Women’s History Month with our core values of Faith, Hope and Love. #WomensHistoryMonth

Year 8 represented our school wonderfully today on the trip to the Holocaust Centre. We were so lucky to hear the testimony of Simon Winston. Such important messages for us all.
