2nd grade is mixing primary colors to make secondary colors.

Today my friend and I had the honor of listening to, and then meeting, Jerry Pinkney. Jerry Pinkney is an American illustrator and writer of children's books. Aesop’s Fables and the 2010 Caldecott Medal winner The Lion and the Mouse are just a few.

Here is just a tiny example of what you’ll soon see in the BSES lobby. Every child at BSES made their own coat of arms. It was really nice to see everybody’s favorite things!

It was the perfect day to wear this shirt. It’s all about painting and that was just what we were doing in art class today!! Fun!

3rd grade is almost finished their Miro’ Creatures. Next week they’ll add oil pastel and then they’ll be done!! Way to go!
