The omission of *any* sort of ground vehicle is truly baffling. I like Starfield, but the things they chose to prioritize vs ignore/omit entirely is extremely strange to me, especially when looking at how all of the game's different systems and sandboxes interact with one another

I say this without snark (maybe a little cynicism) but the most likely explanation for all of this is monetization. It's easier to sell weapon skins when there's less barriers to using your favourite gun.
