Setanta Wellness Commercial Gym Operation: Alongside all of the above we have operated our commercial branch Setanta Wellness, welcoming and providing daily training to the local community in the form of Small Group Personal Training, Circuits, HIIT & Spinning.

GAA Partnership with Bishopstown GAA Club: -Coach over 300 Youth & Adult GAA, Camogie & LGFA Players weekly. -Provide nutrition, psychology & wellbeing support & education. -Youth testing in performance measures and biological maturation. -Support primary section players & coaches.

Employment & Learning Opportunities for Coaches: -Employ full-time & part-time coaches in Performance & Wellness with clear paths of career progression. -Part-time coaches placed into full-time roles in elite sport. -Welcome students, coaches & clubs for coach development.

All of this in such a short period has been made possible by phenomenal people from Setanta College led by Des Ryan & Bishopstown GAA Club led by brian cuthbert.

Ian and Bishopstown have the best system I’ve seen so far for club GAA. They can accommodate 36 players in a session because they use their space effectively. By microdosing it before field work adherence isn’t an issue, progress is seen, it’s seen as part of the sport.
