The wife better be happy. Went to bed 4 hours ago, but woke up for the 24 hour check-in for our flight. Got B01 and B02. Leaving Vegas tomorrow morning at 5:15. I am excited for today, but looking forward to my bed at home.

First full day of dog sitting in the books. Whisper did well with our Bella, and the kids love him. I have a feeling we will become a dog sanctuary before long....

Made the trip to Indy for the Chiefs game with my dad and brother. Hoping for a good game! Weather is great!

Had a work related escape room yesterday. It was fun for my first experience with escape rooms. I was told for my first time I was great, and an integral part of my team. My boss was bragging that we would not have done it without me. Always a good feeling!

In the process of trying to find a companion for our dog to help her cope with a friend that's no longer around. Put an app in at the local humane society last week. Hope to get a chance at this good boy - we will see.

Took Bella to meet her soon to be sister today. We are getting a second husky. Hope they keep each other happy, and we enjoy every minute of it! If you asked me 2 years ago, I was a crazy cat man...

The kids and I did a thing tonight. Surprise for the wife when she gets home from work! On top of spending about 4 house cleaning house.

I have a lazy cat, who can't be bothered to stand while drinking water....

New year new profile photo. Maybe by this time next year I will have a longer beard and one or two less chins.

Back to baby face and double chins. People say happy wife happy life, but I am not excited about it.

Found out today that it is possible to do something correctly without being told to do it by your wife. Daughter's birthday is in a month, so I took it upon myself to get her invitations put together. Wife's response - "I love it!"

It's taken a little over 6 months but they can finally be in the same room together and sleeping on the same rug (pay no attention to the rug, it needs a vacuum). Too happy to not share!
