The inflation numbers that just came out are clearly overstating the rate of increase in the cost of housing, which is actually negative right now. Rents are declining and home prices are declining. You wouldn’t know that by looking at today’s inflation number.

In Florida, you may now develop apartments at the highest density per acre permitted by the the city’s zoning code. Height is limited only by the tallest building height within a 1-mile radius of the property so long as the developer dedicates at least 40% to 80% to 120% of AMI.
