Room 12 had a wonderful week learning all about the EU and Europe this week. We had a table quiz about European geography, we learned all about the different countries flags and we even had a tasting session and tasted lots of tasty treats from different European countries.

Room 27 really enjoyed learning all about the European Union this week. We finished the week off with our multicultural dress up day.🇪🇺 Blue Star Programme

The children have been learning all about the European Union while engaging with the Blue Star Programme! This was a great opportunity to also learnt about all the different nationalities in our school. The children made flags, & sampled food from other countries🇪🇺🌎

Europe Day; May 9th Blue Star Programme We participated in the ‘Handshake for Europe’, while the European Union 🇪🇺 anthem ‘Ode to Joy’ rang out.We showed the evolution of the EU from the EEC to the current day. We also spoke about and highlighted the EU Motto: United in Diversity.
