A quick update: I’ve been enjoying some time off with my family and grandchildren (2 new ones!) As restrictions being to ease we are considering how and when we will re-open to provide the best experience possible to our lovely customers. We will be in touch soon! Take care BNx

Update. Shewa is feeling a lot better but will be out of action for a bit. Despite this unfortunate event we are pleased to say that the Blue Nile will be open for business as usual today. #GreenwichHour

Evening all!!! After much consideration we've decided to simply shut shop as originally planned. We really didn't want to close whilst Shewa was out of action but feel it's the best thing to do to help her rest. Will provide updates over the coming days. X x x

Hello Everyone! We just wanted to give you a quick update. Shewa is on the mend and is now on crutches and up and about. Sadly the blue nile will be closed for a little longer but we'll be open as soon as possible to get some injera goodness out to the good people of #woolwich!

We've also been REALLY overwhelmed by all the lovely messages that you have been sending! It's amazing to see how much our mum (and her cooking) means to you all!!! X x x

Blue Nile Cafe what’s the latest with Shewa?

We're pleased to announce that the Blue Nile is back open again as usual from Tuesday 1st May and if you can't wait till then we're open tonight (Sunday) for dinner!! Shewa is doing very well, is back on her feet and is really looking forward to seeing you all!!!
