Fun opportunity for the Siouxland Area!

The first day of practice is August 11. Make sure you have your physical before then. Here is a great opportunity to get that done!! 👇

For HS team sport athletes, run track. Why? Anyone can get big. Speed is what separates playmakers on the field. Colleges often look for speed over strength/size. Why? They know they can always add strength. What is much more difficult, especially as we age, adding speed.

Reminder that Sunday night is the fall athlete and parent meeting at school. 7:00 in the Auditorium. Athlete and one parent need to attend!
