I think that opening Scarth Street to traffic is good. Downtown is already terrifying because it's filled with empty businesses and poorly lit parking lots. You should also have to fight for your life in traffic. It just makes sense.

Last night at D&D we were in combat with this unicorn that WOULD NOT DIE and kept suffering from ever grislier wounds and we were all feeling so bad about it that our DM had to remind us that it had tried to kill us.

I think the NORAD Santa Tracker is good because it teaches children from a young age that the government is willing to use its almost limitless resources to engage in petty deceptions.
