He’s obviously lying about ever going to a football match in the Midlands growing up if he claims the fighting between the Zulus and Villa Youth was good natured and the police quickly put a stop to it. Absolute bollocks which tells you he’ll lie about just about anything.

1/ On Tuesday this week, #wind generated 59.7% of British electricity, - almost six times more than dirty gas (10.6%). In fact, renewables provided ~70% of our electricity that day, and low carbon sources 81%. This is a huge success story, and I’ll tell you why…🧵

Let’s take a look at the whole “there are too many black people on TV” thing, shall we? After Pochin claimed Black people in TV adverts “made her mad”, all her supporters tried to use 👇🏼 as their excuse for why she was somehow justified in her overt racism. Spoiler - she isn’t!

Another shockingly terrible abuse of statistics from a GBNews presenter. Her’s Tom claiming data is representative of the U.K. population (“a third of women”) when in fact it’s data based on a self selected sample of people with an interest in kink.

Another terrible use of statistics and apparent ignorance that correlation does not equal causation (although 100% of people who conflate the two end up dead).

Quite worrying that someone who doesn’t understand the difference between Communism and Democratic Socialism is allowed to broadcast on a supposed news channel and write for a national newspaper. How on earth did they get in this position.

Another terrible use of statistics. This Mp claims the figures are the highest for “28 years” illustrated by a graph - showing the figures were higher 12 years ago. 🤦‍♂️

The Telegraph has published its "editorial view" on the recent BBC resignations, claiming that they want "to ask legitimate questions about the accuracy of its journalism". If only The Telegraph would hold their own reporting to the same standards. Earlier this year The

What happens if the Government decides to compensate the WASPI women, but they all miss the announcement? Is there a plan in place for that?

People misuse statistics on this site in a way that would fail their GCSEs. Is this due to low educational standards or are they deliberately misusing statistics knowing most people are too lazy to check.
