Such sad news today at the passing of Chef, tempered by such happy memories thank you for your charm and wisdom.

All of us at Chartwells Independent are saddened to mark the passing of Albert Roux. A culinary mentor across Compass Group UK & I. Many of our excellent chefs trained underneath him and were honoured to serve in kitchens with him. Our deepest condolences are sent to the Roux family.
