#TreeSafety and #Ecology Welfare combined Lancaster University This Sycamore #tree had a huge stem fracture that meant it was unsafe but had created the perfect site for a #bat roost. Solution, dismantle the crown via soft-felling leaving trunk as standing pole and 🦇roost intact. #arb
