We have another CITB SSSTS course running today and the delegates are just undertaking the risk assessment part of the course on the VR headsets. Using them in short bursts and for time specific tasks seems to be working well.

Three military veterans from Gloucestershire have been called "Angels" after they sourced helmets, body armour and medical kits for volunteers fighting to protect their towns and cities in Ukraine. The kit is now on its way to them. More with me tonight on BBC Points West

.Steve Knibbs .BBC Gloucestershire It has been a staggering response from the veteran community, the 3rd load of kit is being sorted boxed and sent out tomorrow morning to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. We are pretty close to 3-4 tonnes now of former military protective and medical equipment.
