Some basketball players I'm keeping an eye on for scoring milestones. Baxter's Eli Dee goes into the winter break with 1,118 career points. Will Clapper's school record is 1,328. PCM's Tori Lindsay has 983 career points and Lynnville-Sully's Kate Harthoorn is sitting on 854.

To become mentally tougher, you need to increase your tolerance for physical and mental discomfort. The main way to do this is by putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and pushing through them.

Baxter's Eli Dee capped his basketball career tonight. He finished with a school-record 1,589 career points. His 708 points this season is a new school record. And his 56 points in a single game this season also is a school record. #iahsbkb

Someone is going to have to explain to me how the Baxter boys only got 3 all-conference players. I know Eli Dee was by far the best player, but Baxter went 12-0. Every other team lost at least 4 games, but N. Tama got 4 selections and 4 others had the same number as Baxter. How?
