Really enjoyed chatting to Steve and Paul before & after they co chaired yesterday’s pm session British Aphasiology Society Conference 2024 Before~ ‘A bit worried’ After~ ‘yes it was good!’ (They were brilliant!) Pleased to see people with #livedexperience of #aphasia front & centre

So many interesting posters on display at #BASconf24 including one from Rosemary Townsend (et al ) Dyscover - specialist aphasia support detailing good practice guidelines for collaborating with PWA to codesign and co-deliver teaching to student speech and language therapists.

Jennie Grassly is presenting our poster today British Aphasiology Society Conference 2024 - phase 1 of a really fruitful collaboration with UCL speech & language therapy & people with #aphasia Dyscover - specialist aphasia support - putting them at the heart of design / delivery of aphasia education for #SLT2B Phase 2 - pilot & evaluation is underway
