BALLYCARNEY BENCH MARKs Commonly know as 'crow's feet' bench marks are permenant markers made by surveyors mapping Ireland in the 19th century showing the height above sea level. Two existed in the village with a recent inclusion into a local wall. #wexford #ireland #heritage

The post office was turned into a movie set last night for an upcoming production based on Enniscorthy author Maria Nolan's book 'The shadow of Freedom' set during the war of independence in county Wexford. Looking forward to seeing the final product soon
