Mississippi is the only state that ever has had a voter initiative process and lost it. Mississippi voters deserve to have our right restored!

Daniel Sparks Only 7 times in 30 years did a measure qualify for the ballot and only 4 times did Mississippians pass an initiative. Mississippians have a solid record in regards to passing issues through the BI process. This is a constitutional right reserved to qualified voters.
