Got me thinking: Increasing frailty = increased likelihood of delirium in hospital AND it's less likely to be detected. I believe OTs have a crucial role in MDT to help identify delirium and treat it as part of our Cog Ax in hospitalised frail patients link.springer.com/article/10.100…
