How about we get the error message resolved when you are trying to sign in to check in online to a poker room. This is very frustrating with the poker rooms that do not take call ins but only online check ins. Is there a plan in place for this along with a timeline ?

Had no idea that the JACK Cleveland Poker changed their rules on getting parking validation. I had asked to use my friend’s card to get a parking slip. Instead of having the floor/desk worker explain the new rule he just told me to get out of the poker room. What great customer service!

Also I still have no idea how the new parking validation works at the jack poker room because that was not in the guys agenda on telling me that. The only thing on his agenda today was being as rude to customers as one could be! JACK Cleveland Poker could you explain parking validating?
