Tonight, we are singing Schoenberg’s Gurre-Lieder in Montreal. 145 musicians, 125 choristers, 6 soloists, 1 conductor. The orchestra is so huge that there is almost no room on stage. I’m watching from the soprano section during a break in rehearsal 🎶
