There's no way to a 'compromise' when discrimination is the purpose of Uganda's anti-LGBTQ+ law. World Bank itself said it best: "We believe our vision to eradicate poverty on a livable planet can only succeed if it includes everyone irrespective of race, gender, or sexuality."
