#Agile is so easy for average person that they can master it in a certification course…but yeah, we also need 15 coaches and scrum masters and PO, because let’s face it, Developers are complete morons.

Unfortunately it is a lot easier to purchase than to practice. So what exactly to you think people are going to do here... We will make a lot more progress if we account for how people are going to behave and our systems around it.
