My colleague and friend Salma Arif was out the night of the disorder in #Harehills Leeds. She is a local councillor and here she is out in the middle of the night asking for calm. Brave of her to do so, especially as a Muslim woman. Important to acknowledge unsung locals. 👇🏽

Councillors are delighted to support a new cricket facility at Harehills Park. 🏏   Working with Officers in Leeds the Councillors helped with the plans for the new caged facility, believed to be the first one of this quality to be situated on a public open space.
