I went grocery shopping. Had a bit of an impending anxiety attack, but knowing that I can breathe, I just kept going. Three steps breath in, three steps breath out. It took me a while but hey, I got the groceries. I'm going to make muffins today. Or tomorrow.

The museum trip was so fun! They had a giant head of a mammoth on display. And they also had a large collection of preserved insects, so cool!
