Had a productive day door knocking in Weavers Ward and Spitalfields & Banglatown Ward as part of our Labour campaign. It was great to meet so many kind and receptive residents, who shared their thoughts and concerns with us.

Met with Tracy Packer, Peabody MD, for a constructive discussion on Nags Head issues. Received assurances on the £3M investment & action plan. I’ll continue to raise concerns and push for meaningful progress on behalf of local residents.

Cllr Siraj on the need for Tower Hamlets to spend every penny of the extra money allocated to it to improve the lives of our residents. We have a Labour government making the right choices for the national future; we need a Labour administration locally to improve things in TH.

We had a very successful campaign sessions in Weavers and Spitalfields & Bangla Town wards with my wards and Tower Hamlets Labour Group comrades and Marc Francis. Good responses from residents and case works taken.

Another super weekend of campaign sessions a cross Tower Hamlets. Speaking to residents about what the spending review means for TH. - £29 billion pound for the NHS - 10 year rent settlement, - free school meals for everyone on UC - £3.4 billion pound for Councils.

Out in Weavers Ward again today, speaking to residents and listening to their concerns. Always valuable to connect with the community and hear what matters most to them. Strong relationships between local councillors and residents are key to driving real change.
