Lucky to have a place like this on the doorstep to sit, think and decompress after challenging jobs. Nothing too challenging today so far 🤞, but nice to be calm and relaxed for whatever will be thrown my way next 😊

Some great teamwork today at Talacre with EMRTS Wales arriving on the Wales Wales Air Ambulance Charity helicopter, and both Rhyl Coastguard Rescue Team and Flint Coastguard Rescue Team providing their support, I especially appreciate the lift back to my car 😁

The NMA system has reached our CHARU car! Massive step up from the previous MDT and still need to get used to its full functionality, but its nice to have new tech to help us do our jobs. #CHARULife #NewTech

Swapped one RRV for another over the past 2 nights supporting North Wales Police officers dealing with medical incidents over the Christmas and New Year period. This partnership frees up officers to deal with other incidents and also reduces demand on WAST resources. Win Win.

This weekend we lost one of our most dedicated members in North Wales. John Jones, DOIC of Holywell, passed away after bravely battling illness. John lived and breathed SJAC and epitomised the St John Ambulance Cymru values. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
