#Survey at this #GradeIIListed property with C16 origins, and C18 and C19 alterations. Traditionally, #timberframes were infilled with wattle and daub panels - a mix of clay, straw and animal dung daubed onto a frame of cleft wooden staves with sticks interwoven between them.

We carried out our first Quinquennial Inspection at St Nicholas' Church in Tackley this week. ✧ St Nicholas' Church dates back to Anglo Saxon times and is located on an old Roman road that could have been used as travel for the Minster Churches.

✧On Friday the team visited Woodchester Mansion, an unfinished Grade I listed building. ✧We had a fascinating guided tour seeing the amalgamation of two very different architects ideas. ✧Whilst the building has been left unfinished, it plays host to some beautiful features.

✧We recently had the pleasure to undertake a Level 3 survey at a Grade II Listed property near Cheltenham which was completed in 1836. On this property we were able to make use of our drone to inspect the roofs and surrounding areas, take a look at the view!

✧We have seen an increase in the volume of Churches requesting WC/Kitchenette facilities to be designed and built. A great example of this is a project we had the pleasure to be part of at The Church of St Mary the Virgin, Mursley, which was completed back in 2020.

✧We have recently been instructed on a project at a residential property for renovations and repairs. ✧An old farmhouse set in heart of the Cotswold countryside with lots of character in need of a bit of TLC.

✧We have a project on site currently at St John's Church, Doddington. ✧Work is well underway to create a provision for new facilities in the Church. This Church has been around since the 1840's when it was originally built for the poor quarrymen and farmers from nearby.
