Eventful day yest. Within mins of totality got notified that our DOD-IDA with Ed Reznik and ari hakimi was funded. Key pt: we scored a (perfect) 1.0 at DOD and a 'ND' in the same cycle at NIH. Thankful for the support. But these absurdities in our funding process are notable.

Our MDACC urology depart. has multiple training programs--Uro onc, recon, sexual medicine, and rotations from University of Texas Houston Urology. This means we get to send and receive trainees from other programs. This year we send Kyle A. Blum, MD, MS off to uro onc fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine Urology .
