#Asparagus is coming in season. It is a good source of #folate, #fiber, #potassium, #vitamin C. Pre-heat oven to 425 F. Trim woody ends of asparagus. Drizzle w olive oil. Toss to coat, place on sheet pan. Roast until just tender 12–15 min. Sprinkle w salt, fresh lemon juice.
