Ever since my mom Rachel Chesnutt begrudgingly & lovingly took me to the Houston Rockets 94 parade, I have loved parades! Lately we’ve gone to more marches. Excited to take my kids to Houston Astros parade! I’m not making my mom go with me this time. Thanks for the day off Fort Bend ISD

Today I walked out of Settlers Way Elementary for the last time as a teacher. This 13 year leg of my educational journey is at an end, but I am starting a new one as an EL Specialist at Lakeview Elementary. I’m sad to go, but excited for what comes next. Thank you SWE for everything! #DBWH

Day 2- Our firefly staff had a ‘PAC’ked day!!! Started with a family picture, watched, ⁦Fort Bend ISD⁩ convocation, reflected and wrote a letter to our future self and had an AMAZING Race! We are already Shining Bright!! 🌟🌟
