My daughter came along today for a 10-mile walk from Lane End along Tavy Cleave, watern Oke, Amicombe Brook, Green Tor, Hare Tor & Ger Tor #Dartmoor

Just under 22 miles walked today. Feet & back hurt. Reckon 25 is about my limit now. Bagged a few new hut Circles, would've got more if not for being chased off by over-curious cows. #Dartmoor

Found this old Dartmoor OS map in a charity shop in Wales. It has no year of publishing on it, but based on some of the content I suspect it's about 1980. It's single-sided, so I was going to put it on the wall, but unfortunately it smells strongly of smoke. #Dartmoor

Did excellent shopping at Co-op Yelverton on the way home from todays' 15 mile yomp. 6 local beers, mulled wine, & they had 2 hardback Michael Jecks Author books on the charity stand! One of them was signed too. Oh, I also bought cheese and bread so no, I'm not an alcoholic.
